Automatització Claude disseny web SEO Negocis locals

  • una portada amb vídeo, navegació i crides a l’acció;
  • pàgines o blocs de serveis, ressenyes i municipis coberts;
  • diverses rondes de correccions visuals i de contingut;
  • títol, metadescripció, dades estructurades, sitemap.xml i robots.txt;
  • publicació manual del paquet a Netlify;
  • un formulari de captació amb notificació per correu;
  • lectura del contacte a Gmail i preparació d’un esborrany de resposta amb Claude;

L’automatització no hauria d’enviar promeses, pressupostos o consells tècnics sense revisió.

Les promeses econòmiques no estan demostrades

El vídeo proposa vendre cada web per entre 500 i 2.000 dòlars i oferir després serveis recurrents d’entre 200 i 1.000 dòlars mensuals. Són possibles preus d’oferta, no ingressos verificats.

  2. Substituir textos genèrics, xifres i ressenyes fictícies per contingut real i demostrable.
  3. Utilitzar identitat, fotografies, vídeos i tipografies amb drets adequats.
  4. Provar navegació, formularis, validació, correu, antispam i recuperació d’errors.
  5. Revisar mòbil, teclat, contrast, textos alternatius i rendiment.
  6. Configurar domini, HTTPS, correu professional, còpies i control de versions.
  7. Afegir privadesa, galetes i avís legal segons el cas.
  8. Configurar Search Console, perfil d’empresa a Google, analítica i conversions.

Conclusions

    This website would have cost $10,000. A real agency would take 6 weeks to build it and charge 10 grand for it. I just built it with Claude in 8 minutes, and I can sell it to a business for $500 to $2,000 up front. The business saves a fortune on their website, I make easy money, and the best part is I can upsell them on AI services. Here's what I actually changed. Building a premium $10,000 website used to be hard. That was the only reason agencies could charge so much for a website. It was never about the price, it was more about the time and the skill that it took to actually make one of these websites. And Claude just deleted both, so the same $10,000 website now takes minutes. The businesses, they still need websites, they still pay for it, they just don't know it takes 8 minutes to make. Now, your job is simple. You build it, make it premium, you put it online, and then you sell it. I'm going to show you how to do all four. By the end of this video, you're going to have a live client website on the internet ready to send to a potential client. It will look better than what most local businesses have online right now. It will load faster, rank higher on Google. We're going to bake in the SEO with Claude. We'll have a contact form that actually works. And here's the part that nobody else shows. Then we're going to connect Claude to this form, so when a lead comes in, Claude automatically drafts and sends an email. So, make sure you stick around to see how we make Claude turn website traffic into paying clients. Now, let's build it. And we start off by opening up Claude, having our AI OS folder down here, and I'm going to start by giving Claude some context on what we're actually going to be building. You can either build a website for your own business, or you can do it with either a demo client, or you can build it for a real client that you have. Now, the more detail that we can give Claude, the better the website is actually going to be, and the more tailored to the business it's going to be as well. Now, let's build this from complete scratch into a premium website, and in a few minutes this goes live on a real link that you can send to a client, and it cost you nothing. So, make sure you stay for that. Now, Claude asks if we just want him to go ahead and build a website right now. Now, before we build, I want to go in and I want to find a website that is genuinely high converting from a big successful company. That way we don't have to reinvent the wheel, and we use something that is proven to work for big companies making a lot of money. So, we go into Texas, we go to Austin, and we type in roofing. Now, LOA Construction and Austin Roofing, they have almost a thousand five-star Google reviews, and they're sponsored, which means that they're actively spending money on getting people to the site. So, that means this site must be really high converting, because otherwise they wouldn't spend any money on it. So, what they have right here is they have fast reliable roof repairs you can trust, and they have a form fill on the right side, so they're not wasting any time getting people's which is what makes this high converting. So, I'm going to go ahead and take a screenshot of this landing page right here. Now, we paste in the screenshot for inspiration that we took from an extremely high converting and successful business, and we tell it before we build, "Here's what I'm going for. Trustworthy local business size, match this level of polish and trust, and put in the form fill at the top. Not flashy, not artsy, premium and credible. We'll make this for a roofing company doing new roofs, not just repairs." And this is genuinely one of the best ways to go about building is taking something that you genuinely like, and something that is also successful in the real world, because at the end of the day AI doesn't really have a lot of taste or design capabilities. So, you can only really trust yourself, and then trust what actually works in the real world. We're going to go ahead and use Summit's real details, and just for fun, we're going to have Claude make the logo himself. And then when a lead submits a

    form fill, we will use Netlify. [music] And we're just going to let Claude choose a trusted color, and we're not going to go with navy blue. Now, while Claude builds out the design system, I'm going to search for a stock video of roofing companies. And usually Pexels, they have really good images and really good videos, and we can use them for our landing page, which is going to make it even more premium than the high converting website. Now, I found this video. It's a beautiful shot. It's a big roof, and somebody's actively working in the background. This could really help our website stand out, so I'm going to download this for free, and then we can use it on the website. Now, we take the roofing video that we just downloaded, and we put it into our Claude OS folder over here so that Claude can go ahead and access it and use it for the site. All right, so this is the initial site that Claude built. There's still a lot of work to be done, but overall a pretty good start. We need to make sure that this up here, it doesn't collide. And we're also going to be putting in the live video. Let's take it step by step. First, the header at the top collides with the menu bar. Need to make sure that it sticks while we scroll properly from static and that it doesn't collide with anything. Also, when we land on the website, I want you to use this video to Then we click on add files or photos and we pick the video right here and then Claude has this. Now Claude's going to take these changes and then update them live on the site. And the nice thing about this is this way we own every single pixel. We're not locked into one page builder like Lovable or Go HighLevel. We can move this freely around to any tools that we want. Awesome. So now this is the landing page. We have the workers going live at it in the background. It even added a dark overlay so that the text stays super visible. And this is looking extremely good. And the scroll is working. There's no collisions, anything like that, which means that now we can proceed on working on the middle sections. Because in my opinion, this is already looking a lot better than this website, which is probably making millions every single month. The only thing I want is I actually want this because it's very catchy and it's very simple. And we also have a little bit of AI slop right here with tells the best time you visit will confirm within one business day with the M dash. I want this changed. I want it to be more catchy. So we're going to go back to Claude. Final change on the [music] initial lander. The form fill header should be more catchy, something like outcome based, what people actually want. Change this and we [music] can move to the middle sections. Perfect. So, he's going to change this while we work on the middle sections. Now, this is the problem we use. We're going to be building the middle sections. It's going to take all the services and make clean cards. We're going to use the exact sections from the high-converting website, so we're not overdoing anything or forgetting anything. And then, we're going to be adding smooth scroll reveal animations [music] to every single section, which is going to make it look even more premium. Then, I don't want any m dashes, and if you don't know what that is, it's these ones, the ones that AI creates all the time and nobody actually uses. And I want the text to be short. I want it to be low grade. I want it to be outcome-based copy. And let's run it. All right. So, now it's built out the entire website, and it's looking really, really good. It has how it works, high-converting language, not too much text is what we really like. I don't really see that these fit very well. So, the storm damage one is pretty good, actually. But, I'm going to note that down. So, we're going to go here. Find pictures that fit the description better. Then, this looks really, really clean, and we have the CTA on everything, which is super high-converting. We have some of the FAQs here. Super simple, not a lot of text. People can definitely read this quickly. Very nice map here of Austin and where the company actually serves.

  3. 7:04 , obre el vídeo en una pestanya nova

    It does say that there's a demo, and we have to confirm the exact towns. So, this is just something that we do with the client. And then, this is overall looking really good. And this right here is a bit off-center. So, text here is off-center. Apart from that, this is extremely clean, and from working with a bunch of home service companies, this website is extremely high-converting. So, make sure to stick around because in a few minutes, we're going to get this live, and we're going to connect Cloud to make sure that we can actually convert the website traffic. Now, with that, Cloud finalized and fixed the last things on the website. Perfect. Now, Cloud went in and did the changes to the roofs and made it look like actual houses. We have the CTAs here and [music] it also fixed the centering of this text. So, now everything is fixed and I basically just narrated this. I just pointed out what I liked, what I didn't like, what was wrong, and Claude just fixed it. I don't need any code, I don't need any experience. I just need a pair of eyes and a little bit of taste. Now, this looks extremely good. The text is high converting and I'd say if we take these side by side and look at them, I'd say the one that we made is actually better and higher converting as well. And this is comparing it to a company that is probably making many, many millions a year, which actually says a lot. Now, the website looks the part. Now, let's make Google love it. And this is what everybody skips is the SEO and this is also what agencies they charge thousands for. Now, we tell Claude that we want the SEO and performance pass, all the stuff that agencies they charge extra for, title, meta description, open graph, tags, things like sitemap.xml and robots.txt to be found by LLMs. Basically, everything here to make sure that it loads fast, it's good performance, and that Google will actually prefer showing this site online. And then, just a quick note, tell us what you did in plain English so that we actually understand it because we have no idea what what is actually going to be doing. And this is going to give us a beautiful site, high converting, and fully SEO optimized, and Google will prefer showing it to people that search for roofing. Now, while Thought fully finalizes the website, let's make a prompt to make sure that we never have to do everything from scratch again. We're just going to create a skill called the website builder local from everything that we just did. It should take a local business details, build the same kind of site, premium design system, video at the background hero, animated content, and then Netlify ready contact form, the one that we have on the right. It's going to have the SEO, it's going to do everything that we just did, and we can just run this once and we never have to even look at it again, and it's going to make the same type of website for multiple other businesses that we just made, which saves us a bunch of time and makes it so that we can actually create these website within minutes instead of actually using 30 minutes or even hours in creating the whole website and design structure ourselves like we just did. Now, let's queue this message so that it automatically makes the script and you're going to be able to find this exact skill so you don't have to go out and do this yourself under resources. It's the first link in the description and then you scroll all the way down to the bottom and you're going to find the website builder skill. Now, Claude made the website fully SEO and performance optimized with search plus social tags. It embedded this local business data onto Google to make it more readable and so that Google can actually read and find it. It made the sitemap plus robots. It made it very clean and accessible for Google and it reduced the amount of megabytes that that video we implemented was down to 6.9 megabytes so that it loads a lot faster. And now that the complete site is ready, we will just be building the skill. And this skill should be able to create websites for any local business. When you don't provide a hero video, what should it do? It should fall back to an image hero,

  4. 10:30 , obre el vídeo en una pestanya nova

    but you can always just upload a video to it. At build time, should the skill pause to confirm choices or just build with smart defaults? Ask key questions first, build and then refine after. Default for photos in the first build, stock clearly marked to swap. Yeah, let's just start with stock photos and then we can always switch them if we want. Now, we took everything that we just did and it packaged it into one skill. We'll go ahead and save this skill. Now, we're ready to make multiple websites for new clients and we're just completely ready to ship this online right now. Now, we're going to tell Claude to put all the files including the video into a single folder called Summit Roofing Site. All right, so here's what Claude did. He bundled everything into one folder. He cleaned it up. He couldn't push the website to Netlify, but honestly, not a big issue. We're just going to go to Netlify ourselves and we're going to click on add new project and we're just going to drop in the entire zip folder that Claude just made us. This gives us the robots.txt, the sitemap.xml, the entire website, and then the MP4 file that runs on the website. And this is now live on Google. And if you want to check if it works on phone, you can go here and you can click on this button right here. And this is what it looks like on people's phones. So, we can see it works perfectly. It's readable and it's not cluttered with text. Nothing's colliding. Everything is working perfectly. So, if you want to send this to a client, we can go in real quick, click on quick setup, and then update the project name. And this is now what the URL will be. And if the client wants this deployed, you can literally just add your own domain. It takes you 2 minutes to connect their custom domain, and all you have to do is change two DNS settings, and then the site will be live on their website. Now, as you can see, this is the URL for the website, and we go straight to the website. It's quick at loading. It's perfect. There's no issues whatsoever. And it's now ready to be sent and deployed for the client. And as you can see, this is completely free. I've been using this since May, so I've been using it for multiple months. I don't really use any of the credits, and everything is just free as promised. Now, we have the website live, and this is going to be the part that nobody else is showing on YouTube right now. Now, we go to the dashboard, we click on our website, and then in the left side right here, we're going to have forms. And then we click on enable form detection. Now, to connect this form to Claude, we're going to head back to Netlify. We are inside of our project. We're going to click on project configuration, then click on notifications, and then click on form submission notifications, and then click on email notification. Then we're going to set up the email notification for any new form submission to our email, and then just from any form. Then we click on save. And to make sure this is set up correctly, we're just going to give the documentation to Claude, tell him to make sure the setup is correct so Netlify receives the submission, and make sure the reply-to email works upon submission. And this basically means that instead of sending email back to Netlify once we receive a submission, we're actually going to take the person that submitted, take their email, and then reply to that. Now, I told Claude to go look at all of Netlify's documentation and then implemented all the changes for the form submission to work, and all we have to do now is go back to projects and then redeploy the website. And then we head back to the website right here. We put in our name, put in our phone number, test lead one at gmail.com, property address, Austin, Texas Road 1. We need a new roof, full replacement, and then request my free inspection. Thanks, you're on the list. We'll confirm the free inspection within one business day. Need it sooner? Call this number. Now, as you can see, inside of my business email, I got this Summit Roofing website inspection form, and I got the name, I got the phone number, I got my email, and I got the message, which means this

  5. 14:12 , obre el vídeo en una pestanya nova

    is now working. And just so you guys don't have to go in and do the documentation part, I'm just going to go ahead and tell Claude that it worked. Make sure to update our skill to reflect the Netlify form correctly. That way this will work one shot for you guys. Now, a form that just stores a name and a message doesn't really matter. We're actually going to tie this together with Claude, make sure that Claude can convert these leads for us, and that it runs automatically. Now, we open up a new chat, we head over to customize, and then you just have to go down to connectors, and then make sure your Gmail and the actual Gmail you hooked up the form to is connected right here and the status is check marked. Then we head back to the chat and we say, "Check my inbox for new website leads from Summit Roofing for any new lead, draft the reply in Summit Roofing's voice, friendly, local, thank them, offer free inspection, and suggest two time slots for this week. Do not send it, just draft it so I can review." Now, look at this, it pulled the lead that we just submitted. It has my name, phone number, and the email, its location, and it has our message that a storm hit and we need a [music] call ASAP. Now, we get back to them saying, "Thank you for reaching out. Sorry to hear that the storm hit you. Storm damage is exactly what we help with. We'd like to come take a look, free, no obligation. They have two options, just reply which with ever suits you, and we can either give Claude feedback on this message to make sure that he improves for the next one, and we can also just tell him to send the message right now. Insert our phone number and send it. And then we can just copy the phone number and then give it to Claude, and then he's going to send it. And remember, you can schedule this to run anytime you like, you can do it after hours, you can do it in the morning, you can do it in the afternoon, it doesn't matter. Claude will simply be scanning all the submissions you get and then drafting messages from everybody, and all you have to do is just go in and send Claude or even just hire someone that checks this every 5 or 10 minutes. Now, we've built a $10,000 website and a million-dollar business funnel with the form submission and Claude as the back end, and you can generally go out and sell this. Charge anywhere from $500 to $2,000 up front, and if they want you to help them on an ongoing basis by implementing AI or helping them improve Claude's responses, put them on a retainer from anywhere from $200 to $1,000 a month depending on how much work they want you to do. Now, that behavior of leads coming in, Claude monitoring them as they come in, drafting replies, and then ranking them, it actually has a name. An Anthropic released Claude for small businesses which is 31 skills that Claude put in under a plugin, and it's actually just one of the skills that makes businesses money and saves them time. It's able to chase unpaid invoices, it runs lead ranking, it drafts messages for them, it can even run lead reactivation campaigns on form submissions a while ago, and it can also make sure to handle complaints that come in. Installing into businesses and charging $2,000 per client is exactly what I'm going to show you how to do next.
