This is my delivery van that is actually a luxury camper van. I think it is the world's smallest van as well. Today I'm going to be showing you how I converted it from a beat up old van into a luxury camper disguised as the food delivery van that's equipped with a kitchen, CCTV internet and entertainment before then testing its disguise by camping overnight at McDonald's. And here she is, by Japanese K-Truck. I've called it Vin Diesel, which is ironic because it's petrol. Let me show you around. So the truck is actually fresh in from Japan. This is literally an imported vehicle and app. It's got some character. So I think it was like a delivery van before you can see the sign writing along here. It's nice and cozy. Up in the old Vin Diesel K-Truck. And simple, simple and effective. It's got all the stuff you need and none other stuff you don't need. I think for you to up in the cabin though is of course the rear view mirror, which you can't see anything out of because there's a box van on the back. I'm not going to top speed test yet, but I think it's between 55 and 65 miles an hour because the wheels are so damn small. Every pothole and speed bump just feels like a crater. The max capacity on the van is 350 kilograms, which is not much to be honest. By the time I've built in everything that I want to for the stealth camper, I'm not going to have loads of space. In terms of build for the camper, I'm thinking that I'm going to split it out into almost two. So this left side is going to be the bed. And on the other side, it's going to be a big shelf sort of cooking storage. Sink like everything in one unit basically. The idea being that I can come around this side through all the cooking from the outside like this, have all the doors open and be a nice open space. I can then climb into the bed on this side. You know, I can just chill out, lay here, enjoy the view, go to sleep. Yeah, yeah, you see what I'm thinking.

I've five step game plan from turning this old delivery van into the ultimate mini stealth camper. Step one is cleaning. As it literally gone moldy, step two, the sky's the mini truck as a food delivery van. Step number three, built the cabinets for the interior to house all the amenities. Step four, make the inside of this van look like a luxury hotel. Step five, stealth camp in McDonald's car park. I think this van is the only vehicle where you're going to get more attention than if you're in a Lamborghini. But then after parking up, I realised why I was getting so much attention. I don't know how long I was driving with the door open. I fear quite a long time. I then hit the shops to pick up a few supplies to clean the van with. I didn't quite realise just how dirty the van was when I picked it up. It was so, so moldy. But given this was the only box van K truck for sale in the entire country, it wasn't going to stop me buying it even if I did now. And after a few short hours of hoovering, spraying, scrubbing, more hoovering, removing the old dash cam and more scrubbing, the van came up really, really well. Next, it was the exterior. So I used some teacup to give it a good clean down. It did help a bit, but you could still see the outline of the sign writing. I then repainted all the wheels in silver. I just used a spray can. Should have really took the wheels off to do a proper job of this. But considering the way I did it, I was really happy with how they came out. I also pushed for time though during this build that I wasn't going to have time to fully polish the van myself. So one day before going to work, I dropped the van off at a professional detailer. And he was brutally honest and not very solution-oriented. You're doing that into a campervan? Yeah, they don't carry a lot of weight. Yeah, so you see it here, it's flat as a pack of trays. It's packed with wheels. Hey, should I place replace replace the tires before you painted the wheels?

Did you raffle can it? Yeah. That nots going to stop on there. All I asked was that he just filmed some of the process so I could show you guys and see what the the magic was. This was the footage he sent me. Yep, no, that literally just that brilliant. Before he then phased time me on his broken camera, which didn't look very broken to me, to show me the results. The van looked incredible, a really different van to be honest. He did say he struggled with the box part of the van though, but we came up with a solution which I could address during the next part of the process. Disguise in the van. The van went to some professionals again for this, who wrapped the box to hide the flaky panel in and then added the branding. In order to be a believable delivery van, I had to go with some branding that was recognisable, but not so much so that I could get sued. It looks sick! Oh my god. You get it? It's like meant to be Uber Eats, but faster. I am so happy without the outside of this van. It's looking now. We've had the tires replaced. We've had its sign written and it's been detailed. It's looking like a completely different van to what I picked up. Now that the external part of the camper is complete, it's time to start thinking about one of the next major things for the camper van, which is going to be entertainment. The next day's operation is going to be building the unit for the stealth camper. For kidding out the interior, I listed the help of my mate Dan, whose workshop I used in the build of my last stealth camper.

This one is going to look like, so we're modelling the unit now in CAD. So this is going to house their sink, the cooker, the water, the batteries, toilet, storage. It really is going to be the showpiece of the trailer. Oh man, this is about to be the craziest stealth camper build in the world. So the next day I went back and we started making the unit. We started by CNC cutting all of the wood we're going to use for the unit and then we started assembling it all together. We didn't really know how it all fit together but we just experimented and we worked it out in the end. Almost all the unit you see here won't be visible in the camper, given it's going to be covered in things like clad and I'm going to be changing a couple of the surfaces. But the shape's going to stay the same. From when we cut the first piece of wood to having the unit assembled was literally like two hours. We were motoring. Well, largely Dan was motoring. After getting the base of the unit together, the next stage was replacing the work surface on top with the same thing but just made out of oak. Yeah, completely over the top but I figured since it was going to be so visible in the van it would be worth the investment. I then sanded down some of the sides that would be visible. But then I dropped a drill on my foot and of course I wasn't wearing suitable PPE. So we called it a night there. With the unit build on this complete, it was time to turn my attention to the rest of the interior. Now we're onto the exciting part of the build. So as you know, I've assembled the unit which is going to go inside of the camper van but I'm going to cloud it in this really nice wooden paneling. I bought a load of this and step one is going to be cutting all of this stuff in half and then painting it in this nice paint that I bought. So then I can just clip all of this together and stick it on the unit before putting it in the van.

How much is so happy with how this paneling has turned out? I think it looks really small and is going to go really, really well with the oak worktop. By the way for these to dry, I'm going to insulate the van. After insulating the van, I cut an off cut of carpet I picked up to size. It was so rewarding seeing the van coming together. I genuinely thought nothing can stop me now. Right the carpet saying it's not perfect but you're barely going to see any of it anyway. It's now time to go and finish the unit and put that in the van. Next I raced over to the workshop at this point and managed to get the radio working too, which genuinely like really bought the van to life for me. You just give it the character. I ordered the wrong cooker. It doesn't fit in the slot. We are cutting the doors out of a different colour material or the unit. That's going to finish it off. We're now going to use this machine to put an edging on the doors for the unit. At the minute you can see it's just exposed. NDS. It's a pretty damn cool process. What I felt to mention though is that due to the compound of glue which is used when putting on this edging, there is a 61% chance the doors will spontaneously combust. I'm joking. I made that up completely. The doors look good don't they? We then ordered some actual Uber Eats and Asher Dimashin. The delivery driver was extremely confused. Are you working on money? No. Would you would you drive in one of those do you think? No I don't know. He isn't. I'm getting this. Alright, thank you very much. After fueling up with some pizza, I worked on getting the cladding for the unit finished, which meant cutting the pieces to size and then stapling them to the unit. I am so happy with this paneling. It's going to look so cool in the trailer. Now we're going to pop the sink and the cooker in and then it should be looking almost so cool. The sink slot would be nice but as the cooker didn't fit, we would need to make a few

minor adjustments. I used the jigsaw to bore out the hole where the induction hob was going to go. It was a bit wonky but it worked. It was out with the old and in with the new as a replacement temporary unit doors with the brand new ones and they look sleek. As the work on the unit drew to a close, I sanded down the edges so it would be nice and smooth. Then I added the wise in for the cooker which involved cutting off the plug so that I could drill a hole through the wood, feed the wire through and then put the plug back on. Okay team, the next thing I'm going to be doing is cutting up this paneling using this saw. And this is going to go on the roof of the camper pack. I then unpacked the rinse kit. The rinse kit is a portable pressurized hose and that was going to power the sink. It could also be used as a standalone shower if you wanted to. A new dawn, a new day. Urgent eats needed a few supplies from the hardware store so that I could actually wallpaper the inside of the van. Wallpaper in the van actually proved to be incredibly hard. Like this was my first go at it. Oh brilliant, that looks fantastic doesn't it? As much as I might have heard you hear I was having a really hard time getting all the bubbles out of the wallpaper but I think that was due to not using or not gluing or maybe using too much. I don't know there's definitely some kind of wallpaper technique which I'm not in the know about. Next there was time to install the roof paneling. Given I'd already cut them to size I just needed to staple them into place which was easily achieved for some help from my friend Dan. Once again saving the day. Dan the man, you are the man. We're putting in the unit now which is going to go here. I'm all hopefully fit. I had a horrible feeling on the way over here that we've made it too high and we're about to access the cooker on the sink on top.

I'm just nervous. Let's see, let's see. Look at this. This looks like an actual camper van and then you're coming from this side and then you've got all the units where you can access but the water pump goes under there but then under here you've got got your food storage. You've got the rear of something in there. Now you can do your cooking up here and then you can do your chopping on your chopping board on top of this and then when you're done sink there and then of course under here is the battery and toilet. We've done it. Urgent eats. Yes. I then added the lighting into the van which was way harder than I thought it would be. One of my favourite things to do when something goes wrong during this build is just sit and watch YouTube videos on my radio, Air 4 Pro's. It's a perfect way to procrastinate but the ultra HD quality and the incredible sound system that I've got in this headset makes the viewing experience absolutely incredible. I'm going to have an additional TV in here that's going to be for the CCTV but this is going to be my primary entertainment vessel. I'm rightfully so. It's the equivalent of having a 201 inch TV. This van's not even 201 inches itself. Something seems to be going wrong at every single stage of the process but we made it through. Like for the shelves when I used a screw that was too long and accidentally drilled all the way through the panel in the van. Then the TV standard order didn't fit the TV at all but my neighbour saved the day with this by giving me a piece of wood and screws so I could build a converter so I could convert between the incorrect stand and the TV. Thanks Gav, you're an absolute hero and I wouldn't have been able to complete the stealth camp without you but it worked. Before going on to do the final bits of decorating to the interior. Urgent eats were starting to look like a real camper van now. With the camper van finally complete it was now time to put it to the test. But before we go stealth camping let me give you a complete tour of the van.

Let's give you a tour. Jump straight into the business end we've got the bed. The bed is the smallest bed you can buy but it fits perfectly in the length of the van. Do have to kind of lay in a bit of a fee tool position for it to work but it does work. One of my favourite features of the van is the fact that you can just lay in bed, open the back doors like this and just enjoy the views. Stunning. Up here we've got some plans for decoration then we've got our Rainier Air 4 Pro's which I use for all the entertainment in the van. I've also got this TV here which you can see is displaying the CCTV at the minute. This is a smart TV so you've got Netflix, YouTube. You've got everything. And all of that is powered by a battery in here. We've got a battery on the top. This is the CCTV system and that's a toilet. And then coming around the sides we have got the sink which is powered by Rinse Kittin here which pumps out the water out of this hose which is then connected to the tap. With a shower attachment as well you could literally use that as a shower. Then we've got the induction hob as well. I'm going to put that to the test in a minute and then I can wash up all the stuff I've used. In the sink just like that. In this drawer here we've got the cool box of course where I store all the food and drink. We've got some coke and we've got lunch. There's some additional storage under here as well. Yep. Subscribe if you're trying to hit a million. Then up front we've got the two CCTV cameras. You can position that how you like. I didn't want to have it externally on the camper van because I'm trying to be stealthy. On top we've got the Starlink satellite as well so we've got full Wi-Fi when camping. You could game, you could sit and watch Netflix. All from the comfort of your delivery van. Also just look how ridiculously small the K-truck is compared to a normal size van.

I test the facilities of the van by making some fancy pasta for lunch and just enjoying the space. It was such an eyes place to be and the flexibility offered by being able to open all four doors makes it honestly a pretty compelling mini camper but I waited for darkness to fall before I headed out on the stealth camp. Time has arrived. We are stealth camping right now. The only issue is Monday night which I thought would be a quiet night. It is popping off especially McDonald's. I am kind of worried about overnight parking at this place though. Where I'm parked currently there is. There are signs warning me about a three hour stay max and no overnight parking. With the fine of 100 pounds a day if I breach these terms. However this signs here but not all over the car park. Where all the fast food stuff is. There doesn't seem to be any signs. I'm assuming that's because they're open 24 hours. I'm just going to drive about park where there is not any signs warning me about parking for too long. There's this you're going to be able to be able to drive and pass me all night. You're going to think as well what kind of people are going to be going for fast food in the early hours of the morning. Could they be trouble makers? I went into McDonald's to scope it out and get a McFlurry of course. Inside was eerily quiet but there was loads and loads of orders coming through meaning there must be loads of people in the drive-through and as a result going through the car park which was of course really bad news for me. Given this activity it was essential I didn't do anything to draw attention to myself. I think I found where would be a good place to park. There's one spot in McDonald's which would be good like right in the corner but someone's parked there in the minute. I'm also not sure about how long I can actually park there for. And there's just like cars cooked like randomly parked up so there's another spot as well. There that would literally be the ideal spot but you can see there's two cars there.

Another one's just left. I don't know what was going down. Maybe it was a social maybe it was a drug deal. I don't want to be parking overnight in the prime drug dealing spot in this area. I'm realizing in real time that in doing stealth camping you are competing against drug dealers and boy racers for a sneaky place to park. There is no one good looking for a sneaky place to park. Well mate Jacob is here. I'm gonna show him the stealth camper. He's very intrigued. Let's go. I just don't know how he's gonna fit. I don't know. No, you're not gonna fit. The math isn't math. Okay here we go mate. You rate it? That is something. On a serious note are you worried about me stealth camping tonight? A big lad like you. Yeah true. Yeah Chris is so massive I wouldn't be concerned about him. No, no he's in the big dodgy area you know he's in the East Midlands so no one's safe. No one's safe on that. Do your locks work from the inside? Yeah so that's something I'd like to check right now actually. Try that. POV. I'm sleeping in and then that me. I was so glad Jacob reminded me about the lock as it turned out I couldn't lock it from the inside where I thought I could. So I had to come up with something else to ensure I was going to be safe staying in the van overnight. Because I can't lock that door from the inside my access point is going to be the back door and then I'm going to tie a bit of rope between that lock and this lock so that hopefully no one will break in in the middle of the night when I'm sleeping. Oh no. It's a foot. The only stealth campable parking spot at McDonald's has freed up. I've got into position. Yes I may have drawn some attention to myself with the reverse sensors but it's now on ever. This is the big risk though jumping in the back seat. I'm going to set up the CCTV now. A couple of just pulled up opposite me. They're eating them at McDonald's. Nobody can see me doing this.

This is absolutely paramount. I don't get to see. I'm so worried about being seen sneak into the back. I completely forgot to record any of it plus I had to carry a load of bags. So you join me in the back of the van having snuck in and having hopefully not been seen. Alright guys I've made it into the back of a camper but here we go. The cameras have come on light. I'm in a corner and then I've got a camera looking at the left side so I can see if anyone's popped to the side of me but they're in front of me as well. I can see what's going on there and there's nothing much. When the lights are on inside you can see that the lights are on a bit. As I began to sort out my makeshift lock, Akari recognized from earlier. Start the driving towards me. That person there. In that van that I'm looking at. Honk that me earlier. Like because I'm in a Japanese mini truck. Basically I've turned the lights off because I'm worried that it's going to come over and look at my truck. Jeez I let you feel like I was going to walk up to the van. Oh this is not fun. Now I'm going to set up the internal security system because of course I can't lock the door from the inside. It's a bit drafty in the van but that's good because I was kind of worried that the wood would have in much circulation in here. It's also really really comfortable. This bed is amazing and I think when I get under this duvet I'll be super warm. Do I feel safe in here? Weirdly yes. So yes as I'm constantly checking the CCTV cameras. Anyway I'm going to chill out, watch some videos before going to bed. This headset is so damn good. I'm going to let you just lay here looking at the biggest screen possible. Watching a video in Ultra HD on a screen which is at least three times bigger than the TV that I've got in this camper. I can't give them the headset. My friends throughout filming this video and it was amazing to see how they

reacted to this new technology as well. But it kind of feels like I'm starting an Audi in cinema watching the big screen in a movie. Yeah it does yeah. Wow. Yeah this is good great. The audio fantastic. I can, I'm glad that I can hear you and also hear the content of the video. Being able to have all of this in something that fits in my pocket is a game changer especially in the world's smallest camper van. I sat on what's the Batman movie. It actually just made me feel safer and it matched the glasses as well. There is some dude parked right next to me which is worrying because an employee is going to come over and give him his food and go as much of the low key crop in it. I'm going to turn the lights off which is a bit risky because he might have seen that the lights are already on. It just makes me feel more still thing. Alright guys it plugs you in. Just realised as well. I've not actually locked the van. I hope this won't settle there long if I end up rocking or something. But I'm pretty powerless if someone does try to rob a van. I'm locked in the back of the van. I think that's locked. Hopefully I'm still here in the morning with night campers. Sleeping in a McDonald's car park. Another item ticked off the bucket list. I genuinely couldn't believe though that people were seriously looking at this van and thinking it was a delivery truck. It was surprising me comfortable sleeping in the van as well. It was, it was genuine, it was a really nice place to be. And after successfully stealth campaign there was just one last thing left to do. Make a delivery. Here we go, delivery. Thank you.
