Clicks Power Keyboard: molt bon teclat, però amb dos problemes de disseny

I started to wonder if this day would ever come. Joe decide that my power keyboard has finally arrived. So this is a quick video, so my first impressions of it and boxing, etc. I also have something that's been of a comparison just to give a bit of context, which is a X-Night M4 mini keyboard, which is also a MagSafe style accessory for a phone. So first of all, just the quick unboxing what you get, well, a basic safety guide, the quick start guide, and the keyboard itself. Now, my first impressions when actually just getting devices, especially considering some of the noise that there's been on subreddit, I was sort of expecting, well, I didn't know what to expect for you, and obviously there's a lot of people comparing it, claiming it to be maybe a little bit on the flimsy side, whereas actually, it's quite solid in the hand. Maybe a little heavier than you might expect. Definitely compared to something like this keyboard which is if you can hear it. It's kind of a bit creaky.

This is the button to look like clicker, although my phones have got mental. Because it's paired up, but definitely feels a bit more substantial than the hand that I'm expecting. It's quite a nice satisfying click, but there might be a minor problem already which we'll get on to shortly. Now I've paired this to two devices so far. It's nice and simple. You press the power button and the number. Now that should be connected to the A35, we press the app button. So that's now a 35 power and one, flushes for a second, now it's back to the Z47. It's quite a good look, because if you slide it open or press a button, it turns on and if you slide it shut, the power turns off, which is good, what I have noticed though is if you press a key, then it turns back on. So if you are carrying this separately in your pocket,

you could be typing on your phone if you're not careful, because when it's slid shut, it's not turned off, of course, it has to work like that so that you could potentially have it separate and then you know start typing like hello, whatever, right? So that's something I'll keep in eye on over the next week, feel to see whether that is actually a problem. So the device itself definitely feels a bit more substantial than I was maybe expecting and especially when compared to something like this, which is about half a price, it feels significantly more substantial. The keys as well are nicer than to feel like this. I've only been typing a little bit of it so far, seems perfectly fine. The main issue and this is going to be device and case specific. So for me I'm using a Z4 7 and a Galaxy A35. On my fold I've always had Pitacca Magsave cases and reason for that is they're incredibly thin.

They always have as well a raised camera section here so you could protect your camera lenses. on one of my previous folds, I did actually damage the glass from the camera lens before I had one of these. So I always use a particular case, it doesn't cover the front and I have damaged the front, but I'm more worried about the camera lenses. Here's a problem. This is not necessarily designed with folds in mind or especially all cases potentially. And because there's a raised lip here with the camera lens goes. When you attach it to the magsafe, I'm going to close up shot but it then raises this corner up. Now it is attached and I can wobble it a bit and it doesn't come off. I really shake it, it does come off and it's a bit better on the 35 when it's fully attached to the magsafe you can see it's significantly stronger. So to give it a fresh shake, I've ordered a more normal case, which it has the camera protection, but it's got a cutout here to allow for maxi-effect accessories. So it's going to depend on your device, something like a pixel where the camera's across the top or an iPhone which is in a square, you're not going to have this problem. It's mostly going to be on the Samsung devices where you have very thin Samsung phone

followed by this large camera bump here which kind of goes in line with the Mac where you would attach your wireless charger. So that's the first first minor problem. I really like this case and I don't want to change the case. So I may end up using this on this phone primarily. The virtual keyboard on the A35 is a laggy phone. It's horrible. So using an actual physical keyboard and then I've been trying it with this to the gym. It's significantly less infuriating typing on a physical keyboard than it is on the virtual one, which constantly adds spaces, like it lags behind your spaces to get put in the straight fold. We'll look at it in the four of you. Now, the next problem. So, you know, if you're gonna be using it like this,

horizontal like this, you're not gonna have a problem. Now, if you hold it's your phone more vertical, but I've noticed this. So I'm just gonna try and hold it without, You see what happened? If I just slightly jiggle my hand, it closes itself. So if you're someone who tends to type with the phone in a more vertical orientation, which I tend to type like this, you know, typically. Now if you're lying at a desk, it's gonna be less than issue, it's more if you're, it, I'm slightly concerned about how easy that is closing

itself. I don't know if this is just this particular unit or whether it's a like Steve Jobs you're holding it wrong type of situation. Something I look into probably over the next week. Of course a solution like this doesn't have a problem because it doesn't move so you just attach it and then that's that. And in fact I did 3D print one of these which which fits my phone and I'm just waiting on the magnets to arrive, they should hopefully arrive in the next week as well. So yeah, quite a lot of testing to do over the next week or so. We'll see whether I like tapping on this enough to switch away from the Pateca case on the Fold 7 if that works better. Alternatively, even if it's just that I use it more on this phone here and you know, I have my Tab S11 Ultra, which I do have the full keyboard accessory for. but I often have this in a dot, not in a dot, but on the tablet stand, as a like a media device, not necessarily plugged into anything. So in that scenario, if I need to just quickly write a message,

the onscreen keyboard, I'm using the Samsung one currently, it doesn't alter correct very well, it would actually be easier just to change this type profile 3, type away the message done. I just want to sort of express that I've said obviously a couple of things where there's some like my little problems here, which is, you know, I'm not sure how, whether, whether that is particular strong enough, or whether I'm using the wrong, and, you know, it's a shame that, you know, this, this, this, my, this, my, say, for, is quite pronounced. You know, did it, does it need to have this curve here? If this was just a more sharp of protrusion, it drops straight off, then potentially. I still, still might have not sat very well on this particular case, but I'm wondering, you know, if I was a really good graphic designer, which I'm not, I would get on CAD, you know, I'd look at the measurements here and I'm wondering, like, could you take this plate off here? Are these two separate pieces, and can you potentially have the 3D print a version, which doesn't have this extra curvy sort of relief and it's just you know like this. I just put a pronoun circle the size of the magsafet thing because because I know you

know when putting this on here it does it can fit if it's just the size of the magsafet or it can fit but I'm not a graphic designer I've tried using CAD recently and it's a whole of the skillset I just don't have and I don't have the time to learn. So yeah I again I just want to stress that I mean there There are some good aspects as well. The keyboard is nice, the device feels solid. I don't know if I want to weigh in too much on the wobble gate. There is some shake there, but I think you're always going to have some shake in something which, look at the pivot point there. There's going to be some shake involved. It's the question of whether it gets worse at the time or whether that is an eye to you. There is a situation there where I may, if you use it like this, you know, if you use it like this. Potentially you could type in landscape, you know, full screen, not too bad. Without sort of having to worry about sliding down because you know you've got to like this.

It's a little on the cramped side. Phlums kind of hit the screen just a tiny bit but I think this is potentially okay. I mean it's a little on the cramped side really but again I'll just on there is this issue of this curved relief here. here just hitting the camera thing on this particular case. So I'm going to do some extensive testing on this now for this next week. Do drop me a comment if there's something you want me to test. I've got two devices here I'm going to be using it on the A35 for the gym and the Z47 here as a so daily driver and also connecting it to the S11 Ultra and the PlayStation and all that jazz. Pro so far keyboard is solid the actual keys themselves are quite nice. The Bluetooth being able to switch to new devices is excellent and it's fast and it's responsive from being off to turning on. It's like a second. It's really good, really responsive. Negative's may be this slightly thing is just a little on the weak side for a heavier device if you tend to use it more hopes that I'd also the fact that it's curved.
